Performance ratings provide a significant motivation for our CAST Members to perform at the highest possible level. This perpetual performance rating floats up and down based on the agent’s on-time delivery and quality-of-work scorecard. Performance is a key part of each CAST Member’s deployment profile and priority is given to CAST Members with higher ratings.
On average 60% or more of POP is discarded from the stores back room if not moved to the floor within 72 hours of delivery. CAST provides the convenience of shipping directly to CAST members to ensure in-store execution.
Training & Certification
Prior to executing store visits, CAST agents are trained on program objectives and procedures using web-based video. The CASTdeployment team then goes further by testing each agent on key objectives and procedures before awarding work assignments. This certification process insures that our CAST Members are prepared for the visit before they arrive at store level.
