Performance Rating

Performance ratings provide a significant motivation for our CAST Members to perform at the highest possible level. This perpetual performance rating floats up and down based on the agent’s on-time delivery and quality-of-work scorecard. Performance is a key part of each CAST Member’s deployment profile and priority is given to CAST Members with higher ratings.

Prior to executing store visits, CAST agents are trained on program objectives and procedures using web-based video. The CASTdeployment team then goes further by testing each agent on key objectives and procedures before awarding work  assignments. This certification process insures that our CAST Members are prepared for the visit before they arrive at store level.

Quality Control

Our dedicated Quality Control Teams thoroughly review 100% of stores executed.  Quality Control also verifies all reports of “manager refusal” to ensure accuracy and preventing fraudulent reporting.   QC will also schedule if/when we can execute the visit objectives.  

Photo Proof

It is standard protocol for CAST to QC 100% of stores serviced through our proprietary post-visit review process.  We ensure that every project executed is photo verified by independent Quality Control Teams. It is typical for 20% of reported locations to require revisits before the final report is delivered to our clients.
