What does the program cost?

Cost is based on the following factors: The number and complexity of the Shelf Portal, the sophistication and amount of content needed, and the term of the SELLAVISION™ Network agreement. Cast is typically able to provide a detailed proposal after a preliminary planning session.

What is the cost of the upgraded features?

The cost of the upgraded features is included in the customized SELLAVISION™ Network Agreement.

What is the minimum contract period?

24 Months

How do we keep up with new technology considering the two year contract commitment?

It is unlikely the technology will become obsolete in a 2 year period however, upgrading technology after 12 months is available. For example: if a given portal is on a 2 year program and the client chooses to upgrade to a new portal after 12 months, the new portal would serve out the reminder of the existing contract period plus an additional 2-years.

How do we determine what categories to target?

Cast recommends that priority is given to categories that offer the highest ROI. The ROI will be maximized by targeting high-volume, higher-margin categories where the store is under-indexing. Examples of productive retailer target list include categories like; Vitamins/Supplements, ASOTV, Pro-Hair Care, Private Label, Skin care, Cough/Cold/Allergy, Analgesic, Weight Control, etc.

How does the retail store engage its suppliers?
    • Choose the target category or categories.
    • Develop category objectives.
    • Outline and overview of the initiative which includes specific category objectives, cost, expectations and timelines.
    • Cast Creative designs landing pages for each item in the set and then works with each supplier to enhance content from that point.
How do we determine the ROI?

Cast works with the retailer to set-up testing protocol which typically includes a comparison of test stores against control stores. The sales data is then compared to the overall cost of the program to determine ROI.

How does Cast work with the retailers and suppliers to develop content?

When possible we repurpose content from the brand which has been used for web and brand marketing. If content is not available Cast Creative is fully equipped with in-house resources to develop compelling content.

How is the program managed on an on-going basis?

Cast establishes a program manager for each client to provide turn-key support.

How long does Cast need to launch the program from the date of a signed contract?

90 to 120 days depending on the number of suppliers and SKU’s in a given section.
