  • Territory Manager

    JOB DESCRIPITION
    CAST is seeking a Territory Administrators to work in our corporate office in beautiful Sarasota FL. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with our clients' specifications and timeline requirements.
    JOB RESPONSIBILITES
    Manage designated territory area projects by coordinating field teams and compliance for retail vendors. Use techniques to develop and strengthen rapport with filed teams for optimal compliance. Provide status information to account managers including period productivity and forecast information.

  • Account Manager

    JOB DESCRIPITION
    The role of the Director of Account Management is to serve as the initial point-of-contact and day-to-day liaison for key accounts. The Director of Account Management will also define the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
    JOB RESPONSIBILITES
    Work with clients to establish KPI's (Key Performance Indicators). Build client reports. Lead organizational efforts to meet and exceed client expectations. Support the planning and development necessary to establish and achieve agreed on levels of customer service. Review client reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Support business goals in collaboration with clients. Effectively communicate program expectations to team members, including providing client education. Submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes when necessary. Set and continually manage program expectations with team members in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of client. Deliver progress reports, proposals, score card documentation, and presentations when needed. Develop best practices and needs for program execution and management.

  • VP of Business Development - Minneapolis

    JOB DESCRIPITION
    The Business Development Manager will research and develop relationships with vendors/brokers in the Minneapolis area to expand CAST's presence in Target.
    Contact decision makers of vendors and brokers in Minneapolis who support Target to make them aware of CAST's office in Minneapolis and offer them an overview of the services that CAST offers. Schedule appointments for CAST's sales team to meet with them to present our company's services. Attend networking events in the Minneapolis area and coordinate with our VP of Business Development to determine which key events CAST will attend or sponsor. Utilize CAST's databases, local Chamber of Commerce, current contacts and various networking functions to target potential new clients. Review leads and weekly agenda and report to VP of Business Development weekly. Maintain detailed report of clients contacted. Submit weekly recap of sales calls completed and appointments scheduled.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    General knowledge of retail operations and/or consumer products company retail support. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint are examples of commonly used software tools. Professional appearance and presentation skills. Good networking skills: Comfortable in social settings, experience with LinkedIn and other social. Media platforms. Knowledge and experience working with Target or Target suppliers a plus!

    EDUCATION
    Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2+ years experience working for Target or a company that supports Target.

  • VP of Business Development - Bentonville

    JOB DESCRIPITION
    Directly responsible for the profit and loss of CAST’s regional office in Bentonville AR. Key role is to lead sales in the Bentonville market.
    Generate revenue for CAST via increased sales with both new and existing clients. Establish and implement short- and long-range sales goals. Create network with vendors and brokers who support Wal-Mart to promote CAST's presence. Foster and develop key relationships with existing clients to retain and expand client accounts. Gain complete understanding of CAST's organizational processes and points-of-difference compared to CAST's competitors. Oversee daily operations of the Bentonville office. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget. Manage the preparation of Walmart sales forecasts. Manage Bentonville sales team. Report to Executive Vice President of Sales weekly regarding sales status & office updates.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    Demonstrate ability to sell CAST services. Create a profitable P&L for the Bentonville Business. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles. Ability to analyze financial data to achieve projected profit margins. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite applications including Outlook. Ability to use web applications through Internet Explorer web browser. Clear, effective and professional verbal communication skills. Able to perform essential functions under limited supervision. Ability to establish and maintain long-lasting, positive relationships with existing and potential clients. Ability to effectively and appropriately manage Bentonville office and staff in adherence with CAST’s policies

    EDUCATION
    Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2+ years experience working for Walmart or a company that supports Walmart.
